SeaView Bure !
Perched on the hillside overlooking fruit trees, beautiful gardens, and some of the best beach and ocean views found anywhere, our SeaView Bures are perfect for single travelers on couples on a budget. These six Bures are situated in three separate buildings, each encompassing two bures. There is a shared wall between the bures (the bathroom wall), but they are completely private, as there is no way to get from one to the other from the inside. With one Queen size bed, some comfortable furniture both in an indoor sitting area and an outdoor verandah, the SeaView Bure truly has a lot to offer in a small package
Deluxe SeaView Bure!
Boasting dramatic views of Crusoe's tropical gardens, beach and ocean, the Deluxe SeaView Bure is situated on Crusoe's hillside. The Bure features either two Queen size beds or one Queen and two single beds, making it the perfect choice for couples or small families. Each Bure has its own private covered verandah with comfortable furniture, and outstanding views. The large bedroom and sitting room area has a soaring ceiling, and opens into a large bathroom. The Deluxe SeaView Bure is located above the main areas of the Resort, but is very easily accessed via a strolling walkway with some stairs. Great views, great interior, great bure.
SeaSide Bure !
With a prime location in the tropical gardens, the SeaSide Bure is ideally situated to access the beach, the pool, and the resort grounds with ease. With soaring ceilings, two Queen size beds (single beds also available), a comfortable sitting area, and a large covered verandah with sweeping views, the SeaSide Bure is perfect for couples or small families. The spacious sitting area and bedroom are designed in tropical fashion, and opens into the large bathroom. The individual SeaSide Bures are each quite private, but close to the main areas of the resort. It is a short and easy stroll to the sandy beach, as well as being steps away from the famous Foot Pool (and Pool Bar!).
Deluxe SeaSide Bure!
The most private and romantic accommodation at Crusoe's Retreat, the Deluxe SeaSide Bure is like a step back in time. With a thatched roof, polished local hardwood floors, dramatic ceilings with traditionally designed beams, and rattan lined walls, the Deluxe SeaSide Bure harkens back to a traditional time of Fiji Bure handiwork and workmanship. This very traditional Bure also features very modern amenities, including air-conditioning, two-person showers, and a stunning open-air, river rock outdoor shower. The verandah features a covered area as well as a private hammock, and the Bure is within steps of the sandy beach. Crusoe's Retreat prides itself on presenting fresh, island cuisine in an unmatched tropical setting.
As you experience another breathtaking Fijian sunset, cocktail in hand, with your new friends at our thatched roof Pool Bar at Happy Hour, you realize you are in a very special place. Full Bar Service is available, with your favorite tropical drinks, imported beers and spirits, and local favorites. Our wine list features a wide variety of fine wines for your enjoyment. Soon, you will begin to measure your days by the sound of the Lali Drum, which signals the serving of meals at Crusoe's Retreat.
Full Cooked Breakfast is included in our nightly room rates. Start your day off right with fresh fruit, coffee or tea, juice, freshly baked goods, cereals, toast and more. This tropical buffet is ready when you are. After starting at the buffet, our staff will take your order for a full cooked breakfast, featuring some old time favorites along with some island specialties. Crusoe's complimentary Cooked Breakfast is a great way to start yet another day in paradise.
One of the advantages of traveling to a lush tropical island is the ability to dine on the freshest ingredients from both the earth and the sea, and Crusoe's Retreat certainly delivers. Whether it is the fresh fruit served at the breakfast buffet, or the innovative fresh fish dishes, dining at Crusoe's is a treat. Several times per week, Crusoe's offers buffet meals, including the popular Lovo Buffet, cooked in the traditional Fijian underground oven, featuring local specialties.
