The hotel has air-conditioned two room apartments, standard hotel rooms and a dormitory facility. Room renovations are now completed with new bedding and soft furnishings installed. Their philosophy is to provide their guests and local patrons with up market facilities in a distinctive, attractive environment. In 2003, the new wing was completed that offers air-conditioned dorm rooms.

The Fijian bure is where you can relax after a busy day, dine and watch Sky sports, news or movies. Their recently opened boutique has a wide range of Pacific Islands Arts and clothing, ideal for presents or souvenirs. The hotel has live music and disco on some weekends but their own Fijian band entertains every night with an extensive range of great music. The hotel offers Sky TV plus free golf at the 18 hole Airport course just five minutes away. The hotel has two swimming pools.

The hotel has completed major renovations to its service areas and they have new bar and dining facilities including a New Fijian bure extension and a tropical garden for outside dining. Guests can now enjoy one of the three attractive areas for meals or drinks. At the same time as enlarging and improving the kitchen, they have an experienced chef with a new menu. They can offer great food at an affordable price.
